These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are not covered or reimbursed by UFWABLE LLC.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be longer. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic)

  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available only for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. When free shipping is offered, it applies only to the shipping cost and does not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other fees charged by your country's customs authority.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the shipping carrier’s website.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. UFWABLE LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

UFWABLE LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at ufwable1s@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we will help in any way we can.
